Group Surf Classes
We offer a Beginner Group Surf class or an Intermediate Group Surf Class. These classes is ideal for those who want to learn surfing basics and fine tune their technique. We keep the group size as small as possible for a more meaningful learning experience. You’ll receive ample guidance in a fun, relaxed group setting.
Ages
Adult Group Classes are for Ages 16 & Up. All skill levels are welcome. All participants should know how to swim.
Equipment Included
All you need to surf, including a wetsuit and surfboard are provided with your lesson.
What to Bring
Come in a bathing suit and bring a towel & sunscreen. We recommend bringing a light snack and a drink. You are free to bring your own board and wetsuit if you wish.
Arrival Info
Please arrive on the beach 10 minutes before the start of the class. Advanced registration is required at least 1 hour before the class start time. You can bring a friend along to join the group as long as there is space.

1-Hour Beginner Surf Class
Book a class for one person to join in on a group session. Includes Beginner Surf Technique Training & Ocean Safety on the beach with 1 hour of Surfing time in the water with Certified Instructors in a small class setting. Class will be held Monday-Friday at 3:30PM & Saturday/Sunday at 12:30PM. Call/Text us at 347-957-5188 in advance to reserve your spot in class. You must pay in advance to join the class.

2-Hour Beginner Sunset Surf Class
Book a class for one person to join in on our Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon group session. The surf class will be held every Saturday & Sunday at 4:30PM or Fridays at 5:30PM. The class will include Beginner Surf Technique Training & Ocean Safety on the beach with 2-Hours of Surfing time in the water with Certified Instructors in a small class setting. Call/Text us at 347-957-5188 in advance to reserve your spot in class. An instructor will be filming the group class with a GoPro and you can request the footage at an extra cost.

1-Hour Intermediate Surf Class
Book a class for one person to join in on an intermediate group session. This class schedule will change week to week based on ideal surf conditions. Call or Text (347) 957 5188 to find out current class times. All participants must have several hours of surfing experience to join the intermediate class. Will include intermediate Surf Technique Training & Ocean Safety with 1 hour of Surfing time in the water in a small class setting. Learn how to read the waves, bottom turn, cutback, duckdive and much more.

Private Group Surfing Classes
If you’d like to schedule a Private group surfing class, we offer this option everyday for groups of 4 or more participants. We can host groups of up to 25 people. Surfboards & wetsuits will be provided for all participants. The price per surfer will be $79 (1-hour class) or $99 (2-hour class). For very large groups the price per surfer will be less. Call or text us at (347) 957-5188 to check availabilty and the best time to come for ideal surf conditions. A deposit of $79 is required to reserve a time for a private class. You can pay the deposit below and let us know what day/time works best for your group!
CLASS DETAILS
Small Group Classes will have 2-7 participants. We try to keep the group sizes as small as possible for a more meaningful experience. On busier days we will hold multiple group classes at different times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Participants can reschedule or cancel their class/lesson for any reason. You must let us know 72-hours in advance if you need to reschedule/cancel. Last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Classes/Lessons will be rescheduled if there is inclement weather. Surfing classes can be held in rainy/cloudy weather if participants wish. However if there are thunderstorms or dangerous surf conditions, all lessons must be rescheduled.
